Job description

The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a leading distributor of exquisite luxury timepieces, and we are looking to hire a Logistics Executive to join their business. Reporting to the Manager, the successful incumbent will handle inventory management of timepieces (across both system updating and physical stock counts) and coordinate import/export shipment documents across SEA countries.

  • Full-time and permanent opportunity
  • Work Location: near Orchard MRT
  • Work Hours: Mondays - Fridays, 9am - 6pm
  • Basic salary up to $4,000/month + AWS + VB

The Job:

  • Manage physical stock arrivals by unpacking, counting inventory, and updating the system.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments for overseas purchase orders and repairs.
  • Track and follow up on final products to ensure they meet customer requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain stock reports to monitor inventory.
  • Handle applications with relevant agencies for operational permits (e.g. Cites) to ensure business process compliance.
  • Oversee the shipment and delivery of goods and coordinate with forwarders for import/export activities across SEA countries.
  • Collaborate with the Service Centre to enhance quality control and improve service standards.
  • Maintain proper filing of documents, warehouse logs, and records.

The Talent:

  • Candidates with short notice period will be highly advantageous.
  • Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics or any related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work both individually and in team settings.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
