An established industry player seeks a dedicated logistics professional to manage import and export operations. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing essential documentation, coordinating transportation, and maintaining accurate records of goods. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Quotation. Finding logistics solution based on customer's requirements, offering quotation to sales.
Prepare all documents including Delivery Note, Packing List, Performa Invoice for import & Export.
Coordinate with Operation Team to arrange transportation.
Keep records for incoming and outgoing goods with the date in & date out, supplier name and spare parts item description, item value, weight and dimension.
Invoice closing after delivery.
Complete other tasks assigned by Operation and Logistics Manager
WORKING REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
Knowledge of the spare parts import and export process, domestic and foreign express.
Familiar with domestic and foreign logistics channel.
Experience in international forwarding, sea freight, air freight operation.
Fluent in spoken English
Excellent in English business correspondence.
3 years or above working experience in foreign trade import and export operation.
Knowledge of MS- Office tools and ERP system.
Fluent in English listening, spoken, reading and written.
