Job Description

• Custom Brokerage/Declaring Agent
• Office located at Alps Avenue, Nearest MRT Station: Pasir Ris
• Desk-bound job
• Complete declarations at a stipulated rate per day and per hour with full compliance
• Maintain assigned accounts for exception declarations
• Follow up on daily shipment holds and find solutions in a timely manner to process customs clearance
• Respond to phone and email inquiries regarding brokerage-related services
• Prepare and provide various reports promptly to meet customer timelines

Requirements

• Able to start work immediately
• Work five days a week
• Possess good work ethics and a positive attitude
• Able to handle pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must
• Expect overtime on a regular basis
