Logistics Executive - MNC / Shipping Docs / Invoices

Job Descriptions:

1. Prepare a large volume of shipping documentation, ensuring accuracy for compliance and audit purposes.

2. Ensures complete and accurate switched shipping documents, including vendor documentation received from bonded providers, and ensure they are electronically filed for purchase, sales recognition, and audit purposes.

3. Review submissions related to non-trading and payments for Navision invoices from bonded providers, verifying accuracy before submitting them to the accounting department.

4. Ensure that original Navision invoices with authorized signatures are sent to the appropriate recipients, where necessary.

5. Verify accuracy of monthly insurance declarations for submission to Accounting.

6. Review the accuracy of operational freight invoices due for payment in Singapore within the month, as applicable.

7. Ensure correct GST classifications for reporting and verification with Accounting.

8. Communicate and follow up with relevant stakeholders for monthly overdue accounts payable and receivable status list for payment schedule.

9. Track the status of operational fixed assets in collaboration with relevant parties, and coordinate the preparation of annual reports.

10. Implement countermeasures and follow up on operational issues related to payments from bonded providers to prevent recurrence.

11. Participate in and contribute to new initiatives and projects as assigned by the Manager.

12. Willing to take on additional assignments as directed by the Manager.

Job Requirements:

1. At least a Diploma or “A” level

2. At least 3 - 4 years of relevant working experience

3. Basic knowledge in Trade Compliance related; Managing payment invoicing knowledge or experience

4. Intermediate Excel (Pivot Table/ Vlookup), PowerPoint & reporting

5. Willing to travel
