As a Logistics Executive (Customs Compliance), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage the import and export processes, ensuring compliance with trade laws, customs regulations, and pharmaceutical standards.
• Oversee logistics, ensuring timely deliveries and quality control for pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure shipments comply with customs regulations and prepare necessary documents.
• Verify product quality, packaging, labeling, and temperature control (if needed).
• Oversee transportation, warehousing, and on-time delivery of products.
• Maintain records and track performance and compliance issues.
• Communicate with suppliers, customers, customs, and logistics partners.
• Suggest improvements in logistics and quality assurance processes.
• Support the QA manager in ensuring regulatory standards and conducting audits.

Requirements

• Diploma, degree, or certification in procurement and logistics.
• Customs Competency Test for Declarants (preferred).
• Experience in logistics.
• Experience in the import/export of medications (preferred).
