Logistics Executive / Customer Service Executive

  • Working location: West (Company Transport Available)

  • Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday (8.15am to 5.30pm)

  • AWS, Performance Bonus, Medical

Job Scope:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to ensure smooth operational workflow.

  • Import/Export Permits: Manage and process import and export permit applications in compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Packing List Preparation: Accurately prepare and verify packing lists for shipments, ensuring all details are correct and complete.

  • Shipment Coordination: Organize and coordinate shipments, liaising with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and providing timely solutions to their needs.

  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned to support the department and business operations.

Job Requirement:

  • Experienced with Warehouse Management System.
