Job summary

A logistics firm is seeking a candidate to coordinate vessel movements and manage driver deployments in a role requiring strong operational oversight. Job description

Our Client:

• Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

• West - Penjuru

• Company Transport Provided at Jurong East MRT

• Basic UP $3500 + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Monitor vessel movements via Portnet & JP online system and coordinate with shipping agents.

• Liaise with customers and plant operators on order status and loading schedules.

• Plan, assign, and monitor driver deployments to meet delivery KPIs.

• Manage a fleet of Prime Movers and drivers and monitor driver progress using GPS tracking system.

• Process and verify shipping documents via Portnet & Jurong Port online systems.

• Process delivery receipts/proof of delivery (POD) within required lead times.

• Handle urgent delivery requests and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

• Provide 24/7 on-call support (rotational basis) for operational emergencies.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level

• Minimum 3 years in 3PL (Third-Party Logistics), preferably in Traffic Planning, Workforce Allocation, or Transport Operations.

• Able to take on 24/7 standby duties for operational support.
