Job description

General

  1. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain of the company.
  2. Identify with and practice the company's core values of safety, integrity, conservation, ownership, ethics, and professionalism.
  3. Collate and organize timely and accurate logistics reports of the company and its subsidiaries for the directors and management as required.
  4. Actively communicate communiques, policies, directives, etc., as set out by the company to other staff, agents under employment by, or in any form of affiliation/partnership with the company or its subsidiaries.

Operational Administration

  1. Maintain and be responsible for inventory accuracy.
  2. Keep records of goods received and update regarding unsatisfactory goods.
  3. Provide administrative support for land delivery and collection activities.
  4. Provide administrative support for all shipping activities and documentation.
  5. Manage the disposal and recycling of all process-generated waste and scrap.
  6. Perform loading and unloading of goods from containers and trucks when required.
  7. Conduct regular stock takes and address non-conformances.
  8. Plan and schedule drivers for collection or loading operations.
  9. Prepare and maintain records of goods during loading and unloading.
  10. Prepare and manage the logistics system to optimize time management.
  11. Put away goods to pallet locations, shelf locations, and cantilever racking.
  12. Responsible for maintaining 5S housekeeping standards.
  13. Enforce operational and safety policies within the workforce on-site at the facility.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned.
