Company’s Profile:

Our client, a leader in APAC's digital media solutions, is renowned for pioneering first-to-market media innovations. They are ranked second globally and they hold world-class ISO certifications for quality in media systems and products. With a vast and established customer base, they are seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Executive to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.

Location: MacPherson (5 mins walk from Tai Seng MRT)

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm

Job Responsibilities:

Warehouse duties:

• Manage receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels meet production requirements.
• Implement and uphold warehouse safety and organization standards.
• Coordinate with logistics providers for timely delivery.

Production duties:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring daily production activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with the service team to troubleshoot production issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards and manufacturing protocols.

Requirements:

• At least 1 – 2 years’ experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Experience with inventory management systems
