Responsibilities:

• Resolve any issues related to shipped orders and track unfulfilled orders.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, and Customer Service teams to improve processes and ensure high standards for productivity, quality, safety, and customer service.
• Ensure accuracy in all operations, proactively solving problems that arise.
• Oversee the movement of inventory by scheduling transfers to and from the warehouse and coordinating with relevant departments.
• Manage warehouse and consignment inventory through a cycle counting program to ensure stock accuracy.
• Handle requisitions, receiving, storing, and securing inventory to maintain proper stock levels.
• Monitor and maintain all shipping and receiving documentation and manage invoicing processes.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports to management.
