Job Responsibilities:

• Scheduling of daily collection / delivery
• Resolving daily collection / delivery issues
• Tabulate trip allowances
• Conduct weekly toolbox / training session
• Perform cross training for team members
• Ensure the maintenance of all vehicles
• Submission of Safety Induction Course / Other related courses
• Responsible for team performance & discipline
• Work closely with Customer Service & Operation Team
• Act as backup for other fleet supervisor during their absence
• Coordinate ah-hoc emergency response
• Incident report submission – lead investigation/determine root-cause/corrective & preventive plan

Requirements:

• Min ITE holder/Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Possess class 3 driving license (Manual) / with Class 4 will be plus point
