A leading logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Executive. This role will involve handling and managing shipments, ensuring stock accuracy, and maintaining quality standards in logistics operations. Candidates should possess a minimum of GCE 'O' Level and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' Level or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills in Words/Excel mandatory.
• Knowledge in using ERP system will be a plus.

Job description

Logistics Executive

• Handle daily checking & receipt of shipments from couriers/forwarders
• Ensure the Consignee details, number of packages tally and report any discrepancies or physical damages to OPS Manager
• Label/mark all packages with PO ref and Customer name
• Handle daily order picking & packing sent by EN Internal Dept & OPS team for Loan/Local deliveries/Overseas shipment
• Ensure system status are updated timely for Loans delivered or returned & the physical POD scanned & attached to system with hardcopy filed.
• Ensure POD are scanned timely to OPS Admin for billing
• Engage in ensuring stock accuracy & participate in bi-yearly stock take
• Ensure/Assist in data entry for NEA Mandatory Packaging Reporting, i.e. Record the packaging materials according to Paper/Wood/Plastic and enter estimated weight of each type of material received through incoming shipments
• Ensure & Engage in General Housekeeping of warehouse, sorting of goods & consolidating packaging materials for reuse/recycling
