Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
  • Update inventory records
  • Purchase supplies according to approved specifications
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery of suppliers
  • Coordinate with outlets on stock supplies and demands, ensure timely delivery to outlets.
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
  • Ensure quality control following the Company’s policies and standard protocols of supply chain management
  • Coordinate well with Procurement and Logistics Team
