The LVMH Fashion Group in Southeast Asia and Oceania manages a portfolio of Fashion brands. This role will primarily support Givenchy, Kenzo, and Loewe, and will be responsible for ensuring the right products are delivered at the right time to meet market needs. The successful candidate is expected to provide timely support to our stores and ensure clear communication with internal departments, while also anticipating high volumes of operational transactions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Logistics Operations
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations, including invoicing, shipments, and reverse logistics.
- Track all shipment deliveries (merchandise and non-merchandise) and coordinate promptly with freight forwarders and warehouses for accurate goods receipt.
- Handle CITES and HSA applications, ensuring proper filing of all inventory-related documents (shipment pre-alerts, CITES, AWB, etc.).
- Prepare export invoices, manage stock returns to vendors, and coordinate with HQ/RHQ for invoice/credit note issuance and stock adjustments.
- Administer data in the Point-of-Sales system, ensuring stock movement transactions are accurately recorded, and train teams accordingly.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, address inquiries, provide updates, pre-empt risks, and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Support logistics process optimization to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction, collaborating closely with internal teams.
- Provide routine and ad hoc reports, supporting retail and supply chain projects as assigned.
Warehouse Operations and Inventory Management
- Conduct monthly reviews with warehouses on KPIs and implement improvements.
- Manage stock movements and reconciliations, including daily discrepancies, stock takes, family sales, and month-end closing inquiries.
- Perform regular internal/external stock takes for all stores and warehouses, providing stock take reports.
- Negotiate costs for renewals or new setups for ad hoc activities.
Freight Forwarding
- Oversee end-to-end air freight logistics, from planning and booking to tracking and delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and coordinate with brokers for smooth clearance.
- Track and evaluate air freight performance metrics, generating insights for improvements.
- Identify and resolve issues in air freight processes, developing contingency plans with internal teams.
- Negotiate costs for renewals or new setups for ad hoc activities.
PROFILE
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience in a customer-centric environment, understanding the link between logistics and customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; Power BI experience is an advantage.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
