Roles & Responsibilities

1. Support day-to-day warehouse operations by ensuring adequate manpower.
2. Coordinate with customer service teams to ensure timely shipments, clearance, and delivery.
3. Fulfill customer requests and promptly resolve complaints.
4. Complete all inventory transactions within designated timelines and maintain stock accuracy.
5. Conduct inventory counts and verify stock discrepancies.
6. Ensure the security and accountability of materials and goods through inventory control.
7. Complete filing of documents accurately and on time.
8. Organize warehouse layout for effective space utilization.
9. Supervise assistant supervisors and material handlers in container stuffing and un-stuffing for exports and imports.
10. Develop, evaluate, and select personnel to ensure efficient operations.
11. Recommend safety improvements, provide feedback on operational controls, conduct risk assessments, and establish safe work procedures.
12. Evaluate personnel performance, provide training, conduct disciplinary actions, and recommend dismissals when necessary.
13. Ensure activities align with organizational quality, regulatory, and customer requirements.
