This role involves maintaining container inventory and ensuring timely communication with clients and agents.

Job description

• In charge of Import/ Export Documentation & Processes
• Shipping documentation (Import / documentation/ Bill of Lading)
• Provide customer support for shipments and advise various country customary rules and regulations; provide after sales support and following up with client till the whole transaction is completed
• Handling customer enquirer or complaints
• Send all necessary information and documentation to clients/ agents/ sea companies/ forwarders accurately and on a timely basis
• Liaise and maintain good relations with agents and shipping companies.
• Maintain container inventory control and container main & repair
• Other Administrative and ad hoc duties if required

Requirements:

- With working experience or more in logistics industry required

- General knowledge on logistics and freight forwarding businesses
