Logistics cum Admin Executive

ABV Logistics Pte Ltd | Full-Time | Singaporeans/PR only

Job Highlights:

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer orders end-to-end
• Coordinate with freight agents, transporters, and carriers
• Update and maintain inventory movement using WMS (Warehouse Management System)
• Billing based on customer jobs from system module
• Good client relationships through prompt and professional communication
• General logistics and administrative support as required

Job Requirements:

• 2–3 years of working experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a similar role
• Knowledge of freight/logistics operations and documentation is essential
• Permit declaration (TradeNet) certification is a plus but not mandatory
• Familiar with basic warehouse systems and client service processes
• Self-motivated, independent, and responsible
• Must be a Singapore Citizen or PR

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
