Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $2800 + AWS + VB

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm); Saturday (8:30am - 12:30pm) Alt Saturday only after 3 months probation

• Working Location: Boon Lay (Company transport pick up at Jurong East, Bedok MRT and Tampines MRT)

Job Scope:

• Support the Warehouse Supervisor in daily logistics operations.

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely deliveries.

• Coordinate with customers, warehouse staff, and forwarders on shipments.

• Handle picking, packing, inventory reporting, and stock monitoring.

• Communicate order statuses and assist with additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Preferably holds a minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.

• Preferably at least 1 year of relevant working experience/entry level in the warehouse/3PL/freight forwarding sector.

• Good understanding and knowledge of warehousing processes.

• IT-savvy, with strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), particularly Excel formulas, and experience with WMS for inventory coordination.
