We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Logistics Coordinator to support warehouse operations within a
Life Sciences and Healthcare environment. This role involves coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, preparing documentation, and handling day-to day administrative tasks to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
You will work closely with the Operations Team and Manager to meet customer expectations and uphold high standards of service, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Maintain accurate records for all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Execute and coordinate outbound orders via the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Prepare shipping documents, delivery orders, goods receipt notes, and invoices.
- Support general warehouse administration activities.
- Assist with physical warehouse operations when required.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all HSSE procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Customer Relationship Management
- Act as the point of contact for day-to-day operational matters with customers.
- Ensure smooth execution of operational and administrative tasks to meet service expectations.
Cost & Resource Management
- Perform daily operation and administration activities accurately and correctly, to minimize operation and administration errors
- Involved in operation and administration continuous improvements to upkeep the operation performance
Stakeholder & People Management
- Build strong working relationships with internal operation team members and external stakeholders
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and performance excellence
Job Requirements
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum secondary education; Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration preferred.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
- Previous warehouse experience in Life Science and Healthcare is an advantage but not essential
- Have experienced with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
