Logistics Coordinator Support (LCS) - 1 year contract - Singaporean only!

Job Description

• Optimize daily replenishment to meet inventory targets and ensure on-time fulfillment.

• Collaborate with Global Supply Planning, Sales Accounts, and Demand Planners on inventory and supply.

• Coordinate with Infineum affiliates to address supply issues and adjust replenishment.

• Oversee operations at Third Party Logistics sites and enforce SOP compliance.

• Provide SAP R3 and SAP S4 Hana support.

• Manage freight consolidation and payables in TMS.

• Handle order exceptions and develop drumming schedules.

• Steward inventory management to meet targets.

• Participate in physical inventory counts and manage disposal.

• Coordinate package recertification.

• Adopt DOIMS safety practices.

• Address daily operational issues and problem-solve.

Job Requirement

• Experience/knowledge of logistics, operations or supply chain management is preferred

• SAP

• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office software

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Jurong island (transport at jurong east)
