ARAMEX Singapore is expanding! We are seeking Logistics Coordinator (Inbound) to join our Singapore team. You will report to the Logistics Product Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Expedite logistics arrangements from supplier locations to Aramex warehouse, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of materials.

  • Ensure prompt receipt of materials in the warehouse and update system records accurately to reflect inventory movements.

  • Review appropriate data sheets received from the origin at the point of material reception, verifying the accuracy of information.

  • Report any discrepancies identified during material reception to the customer promptly, ensuring transparency and effective communication.

  • Manage daily customer complaints related to logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring timely investigation and resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Interact regularly with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and gather feedback on the quality of service provided.

  • Monitor changing customer needs and service requirements, collaborating with frontline staff and customers to identify areas for improvement.

  • Responsible for SRN creation & follow up on cases/complaints .

  • Manage shipment in and out movement through warehouse management system and other systems if required.

  • Ensure all documents pertaining to all shipments are archive as per SOP

  • Make recommendations for service enhancements based on customer feedback and operational insights, and implement approved improvements effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in logistics coordination, warehouse management, or a similar role within the logistics or transportation industry.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to address issues promptly and effectively.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

  • Knowledge of logistics regulations and best practices is preferred.
