As a Logistics Coordinator in FUJIFILM Electronic Materials (Singapore) Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for supporting daily logistics and warehouse operations, including inventory planning, storage management, and delivery coordination. The role involves close collaboration with internal departments and customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The Logistics Coordinator also participates in audits, adheres to safety and housekeeping standards, and contributes to continuous improvement efforts across the supply chain function.
Plan and manage on-site inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability, minimize shortages, and support smooth operations.
Develop and implement efficient storage arrangements to maximize space utilization, improve accessibility, and support safe material handling practices.
Coordinate and execute timely deliveries by liaising closely with customers, and relevant internal departments (e.g. Sales, Customer Service, Production).
Participate actively in internal and customer audits by preparing required logistics records, providing accurate data, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements and company procedures.
Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper housekeeping in all logistics and storage areas in accordance with company standards.
Identify and escalate any discrepancies or operational issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics function.
Support documentation and reporting activities related to inventory movement, delivery schedules, and audit outcomes as required.
Performing any other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Operations Manager.
*Abide by all EHS rules and regulations. Compliance to Legal and Customer rules and regulations.
Higher NITEC or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
1–2 years of relevant industry experience is preferred.
Candidates with relevant experience in warehousing or logistics may be considered even without the stated academic qualifications.
Candidate must be able to communicate and write in English for work purposes.
Computer litter with at least basic proficiency in using Microsoft office such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
