Job summary

A leading company in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Logistics Assistant to manage material shipments and ensure quality control. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, proficiency in ERP systems, and a valid Class 3 Driving License. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Manufacturing industry.
• Possess a Valid Class 3 Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Assist in material picking, packing outbound shipments, and coordinating logistics with the provider.
• Perform visual inspections for defects and report any irregularities immediately.

Skills

Proficient in ERP systems

Skilled in using lifting devices

Material Handling Equipment (MHE)

Education

Nitec and above

• Assist in material picking, packing outbound shipments, and coordinating logistics with the provider.
• Cross-check shipment items with shipping documents and log any discrepancies.
• Perform visual inspections for defects and report any irregularities immediately.
• Compare shipment contents with shipping documents and document any discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Nitec and above
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in ERP systems, and skilled in using lifting devices and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Possess a Valid Class 3 Driving License.
