Singaporean only

Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5.30 PM

Good remuneration package (Basic + AWS + VB)

1–3 years experience in logistics, shipping, or trading environments

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze shipping market trends and provide data-driven forecasts

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Design and enhance efficient logistics and transportation networks

• Manage chartering activities and oversee shipment operations

• Handle logistics across domestic, import/export, and trilateral trade channels

• Possess in-depth knowledge of the logistics and shipping industry

• Maintain strong professional connections with logistics and shipping companies

• Oversee the negotiation and execution of international transportation contracts

• Negotiate comprehensive trade terms with shipping companies

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

• Trained Declarant Certification from Singapore Customs

• Proficiency in preparing documents like Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, and Certificates of Origin.

• Knowledge of sea, air, and land transport processes, booking with freight forwarders, and coordinating shipments.

• Prior experience in permit declaration, import/export documentation, and customs clearance processes is usually required.
