Job Responsibilities
  • Receive and process shipment orders from customers.
  • Book freight with nominated carriers following customer routines.
  • Provide quotations for warehousing, transportation, and documentation services.
  • Coordinate with truckers to move empty containers from depot to customer premises and to port.
  • Prepare permits, applications, and declarations.
  • Manage shipping documents, including Letters of Credit and final shipping paperwork.
  • Monitor shipments for clearance and compliance.
Job Requirements
Experience
  • 1-2 years of relevant sea operations experience.
  • Fresh graduates in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related fields are welcome to apply.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of IT systems such as SAP is an advantage.
  • Commitment to excellence.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
