Job Description
Scope of Work & Responsibilities

Export/Import

  • Receive and process shipment orders from customers.
  • Book freight with nominated carriers according to customer routines.
  • Provide quotations for additional services like warehousing, transportation, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with truckers to collect and deliver containers for stuffing and port shipment.
  • Prepare permits, applications, declarations, and shipping documents such as Letters of Credit.
  • Monitor shipping documents for clearance and compliance.
Job Requirements

Experience:

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Sea operations.
  • Fresh graduates in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related fields are welcome to apply.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of IT systems like SAP is an advantage.
  • Commitment to work excellence.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
