A logistics company in Singapore is seeking an individual to oversee transport arrangements, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers. Candidates should have at least GCE O'Level and preferably tertiary education in logistics, along with a Class 3 or Class 4 driving license. The role requires effective data entry into the ERP system and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in logistics discipline will be preferred.
• Class 3 or Class 4 driving license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day transport arrangements and vehicle maintenance schedules.
• Stock inventory control for consumables (update FIFO).
• Incoming and outgoing of raw materials control.
• Receiving, signing and recording of consumables from external suppliers.
• Verify incoming consumables with delivery orders from suppliers.
• Submission of documents to purchasing departments.
• Coordinate and liaise with purchasing for all incoming materials and consumables.
• Issue of PPE to new workers.
• Perform data entries into ERP-inventory control system.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
