Monitoring and computing of Manual Workers Overtime
Provide administrative support on Manual Workers related matters
Responsible for supporting the daily logistics and distribution operations
Provide administrative support to the Construction Department
Responsible for monitoring vehicle matters such as Insurances, Road Tax, COE
Coordinate between workers, HR, and the Construction department for any concerns
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager
Job Qualifications:
Education Required:
Minimum ‘N’ Level or equivalent
Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in administrative work.
High personal and professional ethics at work.
Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
A team player, flexible, and readily adaptable to changing conditions and demands.
Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.
Able to work without supervision and equipped with a strong customer service mindset.
