Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Inbound & Outbound Logistics:

   • Coordinate and manage daily shipments, ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of goods.

   • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies for delivery scheduling.

   • Verify incoming and outgoing shipment documents and ensure accuracy.

2. Inventory Management:

   • Monitor and manage warehouse stock levels using inventory systems (e.g., SAP).

   • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

3. Order Fulfilment:

   • Process and fulfil internal and external customer orders promptly and accurately.

   • Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to meet delivery expectations.

4. Documentation & Reporting:

   • Prepare loading order and weighting order for production team

   • Maintain accurate records of logistics activities.

5. Compliance & Safety:

   • Ensure compliance with company policies, customs regulations, and safety standards.

   • Assist in audits and ensure all logistics processes align with regulatory requirements.

6. Continuous Improvement:

   • Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes for cost savings and efficiency.

   • Assist in implementing new systems or procedures to enhance logistics operations.

7. Other Duties:

   • Support general administrative tasks related to the logistics department.

   • Participate in ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations.

• Familiarity with logistics software and MS Office applications.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

• We are looking for candidates proficient in Mandarin, as the role requires communication with our Chinese counterparts overseas and handling documents, contracts, and regulations that are available only in Mandarin.
