The successful candidate will be responsible for managing import/export documentation, liaising with shipping logistics companies, and ensuring compliance with procedures. Logistics Coordinator
We invite a suitably qualified candidate to fill the above position.
Responsibilities:
Import & Export processing/documentation
Sales & Invoices Documentation
Generate All Shipping Documents for L/C Negotiation & CO application
Liaise with customers/forwarders on shipping arrangements
Requirements:
GCE ‘O” level or equivalent
1 to 2 years relevant working experience
Knowledge in Import & Export Procedure/Activities
Knowledge in IT, Microsoft Office
UBS System knowledge is an added advantage
Able to work independently and liaise with Forwarders/Shipping Logistics companies
Preferably able to start work immediately or within a short notice
5-day work, 8am to 5.15pm
Able to work overtime, if required
Willing to work in Jurong (Jalan Tukang area)
