Check incoming shipment/goods for any discrepancies (cargo condition & quantity tally with documents) and inform all discrepancies to respective buyer via email
Filing of all incoming documents
Perform goods receipts in system
Goods issue in system
Handle loading and unloading, packing and packing when necessary
Update data in MS Excel
Perform any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned
Requirements:
Min ‘O’ level or Diploma in Logistics Management / Supply Chain / Business Administration.
Minimum 2 years of related working experience
Meticulous and possess positive attitude
Good sense of urgency
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
