Job summary

A leading company in logistics is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator with a diploma and at least 3 years of experience, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring accurate processing, and liaising with customers in both English and Mandarin. A positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential to thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Job description

· Answer calls and emails in order to respond to customer required

· Process customer orders promptly and accurately

· Ensure all delivery activities are completed within schedule

· Build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfil their requirement

· Update and ensure all data are in the system (WMS – Warehouse Management System)

· Perform other related duties as required by operations and warehouse department

· Responsible for managing the incoming & outgoing orders

· Process shipping operation and courier service (DHL or Fedex)

· Import/Export permit declarations and custom clearance

· Handle full spectrum of shipping documents for import & export

· Maintain accurate records of shipping documents as per SOP standard

· Prepare billings

· Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in any fields/Min O level gradute with at least 3 years and above of relevant working experience

  • Basic knowledge in logistics or supply chain industry

  • Required language(s): English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

  • Email and Computer Literate is a MUST

  • Possesses well communication and interpersonal skills

  • Positive attitude and team player

  • Able to multitask & work in a fast pace environment
