LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
Working Hours:Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM, Sat 9AM-1PM, 5-day half-day work
4 days off per month on Sunday
Location:Near Toa Payoh MRT
Handle all operational processes, assign installers and drivers to work schedules, team coordination, problem solving

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing Supply Chain Operations:Managing the entire process from order placement to delivery, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Inventory Management:Tracking and managing inventory levels, storage, and organization.
- Transportation Coordination:Scheduling and coordinating shipments, selecting appropriate transportation methods, and tracking delivery progress.
- Supplier and Vendor Management:Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Customer Service:Addressing customer inquiries, resolving delivery issues, and maintaining communication with customers regarding delivery schedules and potential delays.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyzing transportation data, identifying areas for improvement, and generating reports on key performance indicators.
- Compliance and Safety:Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety guidelines throughout the supply chain.
