Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Identify new business opportunities in targeted industries such as retail, e-commerce, FMCG, automotive, healthcare, and industrial manufacturing.
- Develop and Execute a sales strategy to penetrate new accounts and markets for contract logistics services.
- Lead the Full Sales Cycle from lead generation to deal closing—including initial outreach, needs analysis, solution development, proposal preparation, pricing, contract negotiation, and handoff to operations.
- Build Strong Relationships with key decision-makers at target companies, including C-level executives, supply chain managers, and procurement teams.
- Work Cross-Functionally with solution design, pricing, operations, and legal teams to develop competitive and tailored logistics proposals.
- Stay Current on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging customer needs to inform sales strategy and solution development.
- Achieve or Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets as defined by leadership.
- 5+ years of sales or business development experience in 3PL, warehousing, or supply chain services, with a strong focus on contract logistics.
- Proven hunter mentality with a strong track record of new business acquisition and exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of logistics operations, warehouse management, and value-added services.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
