Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to receive goods, verify delivery orders, and manage stock. You will update inventory, pick/pack per DO, and coordinate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries.

Candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and hold a forklift licence. The role is based at Woodland Walk, Singapore, with 5.5 working days and OT expectations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Forklift licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods from customers.
• Check Delivery Orders (DO) against received items (quantity, part number, description, physical condition).
• Update stock in system/arrange goods in designed storage locations/ conduct stock count.
• Pick and pack items according to Delivery Order, coordinate with drivers/forwarder.
• Issue process sheet and COC (if required).
• Liaise with: Purchasing, Production, QC, Suppliers / Customers (when necessary)
