• Handle day-to-day logistics tasks, including managing inbound and outbound shipments.
• Track and monitor customers’ orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Job Scope:

• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor/Officer in daily operations at the logistics center.

• Handle day-to-day logistics tasks, including managing inbound and outbound shipments.

• Track and monitor customers’ orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

• Coordinate and liaise with customers, warehouse staff, and forwarders regarding shipments.

• Perform picking and packing of inventory items to fulfill customer orders.

• Communicate and follow up with customers on shipment and delivery statuses to ensure all orders are completed successfully.

• Prepare inventory reports, conduct cycle counts, and address stock discrepancies.
