Logistics Assistant (Warehouse)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods according to established procedures.

• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory checks to ensure data integrity.

• Update system entries for all incoming and outgoing shipments in a timely and accurate manner.

• Prepare essential logistics documents, including delivery orders and invoices.

• Coordinate effectively with drivers, suppliers, and other logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain a well-organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Class 3 Driving License

• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.

• Able to work overtime when required to meet operational demands.

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.

• Forklift license is advantageous but not mandatory.
