A leading company is seeking candidates for a logistics position focusing on managing shipping documents and ensuring timely delivery of products. Ideal candidates will possess a diploma in Supply Chain Management and have relevant experience in the manufacturing sector. This role requires coordination with multiple departments and attention to detail in handling shipment processes.
Process shipping documents & monitor shipment movement
Ensure on time delivery of products by working closely with internal/external departments
Constantly follow up with incoming material & outgoing products to ensure timely delivery to clients
Handle supplier invoices and detrash/recycling matters with Finance & Warehouse department
Update weekly/monthly reports & handle damaged shipment claims
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics or equivalent
1-2 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing industry will have added advantages
Knowledge in SAP/MRP system will have added advantages
