To support our continued growth, we are looking for a highly motivated Logistics Assistant / Executive (Freight Forwarding) to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals for sea freight services.

· Stay up to date with freight rates from shipping lines worldwide..

· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

· Manage existing customer accounts to increase trade volume and ensure satisfaction.

· Conduct cold calls and visits to potential customers, providing quotations and proposals.

· Respond promptly and professionally to all sales-related inquiries.

· Maintain organized records of customer tariffs and quotations.

Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

· Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in air or sea freight operations.

· Strong multitasking abilities, a proactive mindset, and a positive attitude.

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
