Job description

Core Responsibilities:

• Physical receiving of incoming goods and materials, check for correctness of physical items received and documentations and to report any damage or discrepancies found to purchaser for their follow-up with supplier/customer.

• Accurately sort, label, and put-away and store materials. Conduct physical inventory cycle count.

• Arrange storage to optimize store space.

• Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods; and issuance of raw materials, consumable and spares to MRO cells, according to written or verbal requests or orders.

• Maintain good housekeeping practices in work area.

• Comply with all company and safety rules and regulations during course of duties.

• Perform 5S in store and logistics areas.

• Perform ad hoc activities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Able to operate material Handling Equipment (MHE) and lifting devices (Training will be provided if no prior knowledge).

• Able to interpret MRO job’s travelers and verify log (Coaching will be provided if no prior knowledge).

• Meticulous in following work instructions and procedures, with strong attention to details while carrying out daily tasks and activities.

• Good communication skill and a team player.
