Job summary

LUXASIA is seeking a warehouse associate to perform daily warehouse duties including inbound, outbound, put-away, cycle counts, and SAP WMS transactions to ensure accurate delivery according to SOP.

You should have at least GCE 'N' Level, computer literacy, and be a team player who can work independently, even during long hours and under pressure. Candidates with forklift/reach truck certification or SAP experience will have an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘N' Level and above.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel and Word).
• Able to work with minimal supervision and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse duties including inbound, outbound, and Put-away to ensure on-time receiving and accurate delivery according to SOP.
• Perform Cycle Counts and stock-taking accurately.
• Handle SAP WMS transactions related to warehouse duties.
• Optimize warehouse space and ensure bin accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse duties including but not limited to inbound (unstuffing of containers, receiving, sorting, checking, Put-away to location), outbound (labelling, picking, packing, release of cargo) to ensure on-time receiving and accurate delivery of goods according to SOP
• Perform Cycle Count and stock-taking accurately
• SAP WMS transactions in relation to warehouse duties
• Optimizing warehouse space and ensure bin accuracy.
• Good housekeeping (5S) and safety practice to achieve well-organized and safe-working environment
• MHE (material handling equipment) maintenance
• Any other duties assigned by Superior

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N' Level and above
• Computer Literacy (Microsoft Excel and Word)
• Team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to work long hours, if required
• Attentive and fast learner
• Positive attitude and not afraid of work
• Must have hands-on experience in warehousing operations
• Able to take work under pressure and with short timeline expectations
• SAP knowledge would be an added advantage
• Forklift/Reach truck certificate would be an added advantage
