Job Description
Logistics Assistant
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 11am - 7pm
Overview:
Support daily operation to administer the general storekeeping and warehouse duties by receiving incoming materials and maintaining records for reconciliation.
Maintain inventory, stock record and perform related work as required;
Responsible for all warehouse operations activities including shipping and receiving, deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting warehouse transactions, maintaining records, and overseeing storage of surplus inventory;
Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders, processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders;
Report, document and track damage and discrepancies on orders received
Maintain the warehouse, record area and store area in a neat and orderly manner
Perform general storekeeping and warehouse duties; maintain accurate manual and computer records; and
Perform physical labour; and
Any other duties assigned.
