Logistics Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling exports/shipping operations to global markets.
• Liaise with external parties and coordinate shipments with respective factories/customers/service providers.
• Prepare shipping documents, invoices and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Involved in procurement activities, prepare the PO and follow up on the shipment.
• Verify service provider bills for payment.
• Follow up on accounts receivable.
• Sort and scan the full set of shipping documents.
• Any other assignments which may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor/Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 2 years of shipping experience.
• Preferably with experience in Imports & Exports.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office applications.
• Willing to learn and must have a positive working attitude.
• Fluent in Mandarin, with the ability to liaise effectively with counterparts in China.
