About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Assistant to join our growing team at Vital Vision Technology Pte Ltd. This full-time role is based in our Macpherson office in the Central Region and will involve providing administrative and operational support to our operations team.

Brief Summary:

• 5 Days: Mon - Fri (9.00am – 6.00pm)
• Location: Macpherson

What you'll be doing

• Perform general logistics activities such as receiving inbound shipments, put-away, picking/packing/labelling, export and releasing outbound shipments accurately
• Prepare shipping documents (delivery notes & invoices) accurately to customers
• Send customers notification of delivery and invoicing
• Use cost effective methods of delivery
• Involved in quarter-end stock take activity
• Upkeep the cleanliness of the air-conditioned store and packing area

What we're looking for

• Experienced in booking courier services
• Experienced in packing & unpacking
• Experienced in preparing shipping documents (Proforma Invoice, Delivery Notes, etc)
• Experienced in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel)
• Experience in Microsoft Business Central will be a plus
• Experienced in doing stock count
