A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a professional to manage shipping documentation and coordinate logistics. The role involves liaising with customers and suppliers, providing procurement support, and ensuring compliance with standards. Candidates should have strong organizational skills and experience in logistics operations.
Manage and generate shipping, import, and export documentation (e.g., shipping invoices, packing lists, delivery orders) in compliance with Incoterms 2020.
Coordinate logistics and transportation of goods with internal departments and external forwarders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to monitor and ensure on-time delivery performance.
Provide administrative support for procurement activities, including raising purchase orders, maintaining procurement records, and ensuring alignment with Gate 4 process requirements.
Support vendor qualification and approval processes, maintaining an up-to-date vendor master list in SAP and/or Business Central.
Track and expedite orders, follow up with vendors, and resolve any delivery or quality issues.Ensure procurement and logistics processes comply with company policies, client requirements, and ISO/BC standards.

Maintain proper documentation and filing systems to support audits and contractual reviews.
Assist in internal and external audits, including documentation related to SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) systems.
Conduct an Open Package Inspection of the incoming consol.
