About the role
King Grouper Fish Soup Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced professional who can balance operational efficiency, quality control, and team management while driving business results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Coordination: Coordinate orders between F&B outlets and central kitchen to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
2. Logistics Management: Organize and manage delivery logistics, ensuring efficient transportation of goods.
3. Receiving and Inventory: Receive goods from suppliers, track inventory levels, and update stock records.
4. Inventory Reporting: Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and delivery performance.
5. Supplier Management: Update supplier information in the accounting system and maintain relationships with suppliers.
6. Tracking and Monitoring: Track inventory levels, delivery schedules, and supplier performance to ensure smooth operations.
7. Inventory Reconciliation: Conduct regular inventory reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
8. Stock Level Management: Monitor stock levels and notify management of low stock or overstock situations.
9. Supplier Performance Management: Evaluate and report on supplier performance, including delivery times, quality, and reliability.
10. Delivery Scheduling: Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery.
11. Cost Control: Identify opportunities to reduce logistics and inventory costs, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
12. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve logistics and inventory processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
13. Communication with Outlets: Communicate with F&B outlets to ensure they receive accurate and timely deliveries.
14. Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, delivery issues, or other logistics-related problems.
15. System Maintenance: Maintain accurate records and update inventory management systems, including data entry and reporting.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or a related field.
2. Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management principles and logistics operations.
- Familiarity with accounting systems and inventory management software.
3. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of inventory and deliveries.
