Job summary

Job Description:
- Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
- Manage inbound and outbound transport flows to and from 3PL locations, including intra-company purchase orders and shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, customs clearance, and receipts into Distribution Centres (DCs).
- Oversee daily operations and execution of outbound orders, including the creation and validation of transport bookings and shipping documents.
- Monitor and ensure inventory synchronization between client and 3PL systems; investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to support accurate order allocation and customer fulfilment.
- Track and report on the performance of logistics and distribution partners. Compile management summaries and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Manage internal client stakeholders and departments that influence the quality and timeliness of customer deliveries. Assign tasks and follow up to ensure execution.
- Proactively monitor shipments to ensure product availability, service quality, and on-time performance.
- Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects in collaboration with 3PLs, transport providers, and internal teams to enhance logistics processes and service levels.
- Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to client.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor and / or Master of Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- 3+ years of high-volume distribution experience, preferably in the Life Sciences industry
- Understanding of ISO and GMP
- Ability to navigate in a global network, with stakeholders in across different time zones
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good experience with ERP Business Software
- Beginner-level French skills, with the ability to interact and communicate with European stakeholders
- May be required to travel frequently
