Job summary

Teradyne in Singapore is seeking an on-site Administrative & Inventory Coordinator based in Woodlands. You will manage day-to-day admin tasks, oversee stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain records for inventory and admin processes.

The role supports operations, drives process improvements, and handles import/export documentation. Candidates should have strong English communication, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and documentation
• Oversee stock and inventory management, including tracking, ordering, and reporting
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain optimal stock levels
• Prepare and maintain accurate records for inventory and administrative processes
• Support operational activities and assist in process improvement
• Handle logistics operations, including import/export processes and related documentation
• Ability to occasionally lift objects weighing up to 15 kg to shelf and perform basic manual tasks such as uncrating and crating equipment using nails when required
