Job summary

Ichor Systems, Inc. is seeking a skilled Logistics Analyst to coordinate and optimize the flow of materials, products, and related systems information. You will train team members and share best practices while tracking daily tasks and reporting to the Manager.

Responsibilities include implementing cost-effective transportation solutions, improving service, and ensuring timely shipments in collaboration with 3PLs and carriers. Strong inventory control and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing/warehouse with inventory management.
• Proficient in MS Office, stock control and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute tasks related to flow of materials and products.
• Provide on-the-job training to teammates following SOPs.
• Share knowledge and best practices through demonstrations.
• Monitor daily task completion and report to Manager.
• Identify service improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with 3PLs and carriers for timely shipments.
