Job description

We are looking for a

Administrative Executive (1 Year Contract)

to join our Logistics department at Advario in Singapore, starting as soon as possible.

Your Tasks:

  • Maintain and administer active customers' contracts

  • Maintain department archiving management system

  • Maintain contact list of internal/external stakeholder

  • Maintain filing and archiving system of import and export documents

  • Support vessel vetting clearance

  • Support the commercial team in the preparation of Monthly/Quarterly reports for Board meetings

  • Arrange and ensure prompt delivery of shipping documents (import/export) to customers

  • Generate/Post/Distribute weekly/monthly invoice(s)

  • Provide weekly/monthly stock inventory reports to customer(s)

  • Schedule and coordinate customer meetings and terminal visits

  • Work order processing (order creation/checking) for storage customers

Job Profile:

  • Min. Diploma in Business / Logistics/ Supply Chain

  • Min. 1 - 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity

  • Proficiency with Microsoft office (MS Excel, MS Word). Knowledge of Power Bi is a plus.

  • Comfortable working with data and handling data-related tasks

  • Meticulous, organised, and detailed oriented

  • Good interpersonal communication skills

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

Please note:

  • This position is based in Jurong Island

  • Official Working hours: Mon - Fri, 0830 - 1700 hours
